 The She Is Becoming workshops will enable you to heal from past trauma and emotional wounds. We give you the tools to identify triggers and how to overcome barriers which are holding you back from experiencing meaningful relationships and a purposeful life. Self-awareness is a dynamic part of your growth. When you begin to heal old wounds, you will understand how important it is to release the shame that is attached to the behavior caused by trauma. You will feel empowered by owning your chapters in life and taking back your self-control that you give freely to others. The workshops will assist you in developing tools to guide you in creating emotional wellness. Creating emotional wellness demonstrates how to respond from a place of internal safety, instead of reactivity!

Self-Esteem Workshop

 

This workshop is designed for every woman who attracts dysfunctional relationships, is afraid to speak up for herself, wants to regain the power of saying “no”, fomo (fear of missing out), and people pleasing. The Self-Esteem Workshop is also designed for women who need to be reminded that they are more than enough! During this six-week course, we will address self-imagery and why we tend to seek other’s approval, instead of our own. At times, women feel guilty and make decisions based on other people’s happiness. Low self-esteem may have inhibited you from doing things you always wanted to do, being loved the way you should, or leaving a relationship that makes you feel empty inside. You deserve to live with self-worth and experience joy, love and inner peace! What is holding you back?

Emotional Wellness Workshop

 

This workshop addresses your emotions when you are triggered and identifying certain behaviors that may be keeping you in a cycle prohibiting you from growth. Emotional wounds deserve healing. Learning how to give yourself grace and compassion is a priority.  This specific workshop discusses how we inadvertently choose coping skills that may numb us from feeling emotions. The emphasis is on how to create self-awareness and growth and creating healthy boundaries in your relationships.  This is a powerful workshop because it educates women to overcome emotional barriers, which can, at times, control your decisions. When the healing begins, relationships begin to change, and you will feel empowered understanding the “why” behind your decision making.   Healing from the inside out is vital in creating positive interactions and having meaningful relationships. It’s time to address the inner child!
