Frequently Asked Questions

What is Positive Psychology, and how do you use it?

Positive Psychology is the science of what helps people thrive. I use it to support women in building emotional strength, confidence, and well-being—so they’re not just coping but living with intention and purpose.

How is this different from therapy?

This is not therapy. It’s experiential coaching focused on the present and future. Rather than focusing on the past, we focus on where you are now and how to move forward with practical tools and self-trust.

What if I’ve already done some healing work?

That’s welcomed and valued. This work meets you where you are and helps integrate what you’ve already learned. Many women arrive after therapy, ready to apply their growth and step into what’s next.

Is this faith-based?

This space is faith-aware. Spirituality is honored and respected but never required. You’ll always be supported in a way that aligns with your personal beliefs.

About Us

At She Is Becoming, our mission is straightforward and intentional: to create a community of purposeful women who are on a journey of healing and empowerment. We believe healing is more than recovery; it’s rediscovery. It’s learning who you are beneath old patterns, redefining what matters, and rising into the life you’re meant to live.

Hi, I’m Monica Roy. I created She Is Becoming to be the space I once needed—centered in compassion, awareness, and meaningful change.
